(A) The amounts due under this section shall be included as a general charge at sale or redemption and shall constitute part of the required whole amount necessary to redeem or sell.
(B) The amount due shall be the actual cost of search and notice required to apprise all parties of interest as to the proposed tax sale. In addition, to the cost of search and notice, there shall be added the cost of registered mailings. If a claim is made and reviewed the legal surcharge shall apply. The legal cost shall be billed separately by county counsel.
(C) All these costs shall be specified and detailed for each parcel and shall be broken down for reference and shall be filed with and maintained with the tax records for each parcel.
