(A) Violation; criminal penalties. Any person violating any provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in Chapter 1.03 of this code and/or state law.
(B) Violation; public nuisance. Any violation of this chapter is unlawful and a public nuisance and shall be abated, eliminated and enjoined as provided in Chapter 1.03 of this code and/or state law.
(C) Remedies; cumulative. Except as otherwise provided by law, the remedies in this chapter are cumulative and not exclusive. Nothing in this chapter is intended or shall be deemed or construed to limit or impair the ability of the county, or any of its officers, agents or employees, to take any administrative or judicial action, otherwise authorized by law, Chapter 1.03 of this code and/or state law to abate any public nuisance.
(D) Each day of noncompliance constitutes a separate offense.
