§ 5.01.117 ASSESSOR’S OFFICE’S FEES.

   The following fees shall be collected by the San Benito County Assessor’s Office:

 

Service	Fee	Collection
Late-filed change in ownership exclusion claims	$175 per parcel	Upon Taxpayer’s filing of claim form only if the Taxpayer failed to respond within 45 days of the Assessor’s First Notice to complete the claim form and subsequently failed to respond within 60 days of the Assessor’s Second Notice.
