The amount of any fee to be paid under this chapter shall be set forth in the San Benito County General Fee Ordinance, Chapter 5.01, Article III, Subarticle V, § 5.01.091. All fees shall be paid in the amount stated in the fee schedule at the time of the actual payment of the fee. Applicable permits and registrations are for the exclusive use of the applicant and are nontransferable.
