(A) The ear piercing gun shall be made from a material that can be disinfected after every use.
(B) This instrument shall not be used in any other part of the body.
(C) Shall be capable of being reloaded without the need to touch the studs that are sterile.
(D) Only sterile studs shall be used and shall not be handled by bare hands.
(E) The owner of the facility where the lower ear lobe piercing is performed shall notify the LEA if any type of body art including but not limited to tattooing or permanent cosmetics is being performed by the lower ear lobe practitioner in this facility.
