Temporary body art establishments and individuals conducting body art procedures at a temporary event must meet all requirements of this chapter. Permit applications for temporary events shall be submitted to the Local Enforcement Agency at a minimum of 14 working days prior to the start of the event. Temporary event permits shall be issued for the specific days and hours of operation specified on the application and approved by the LEA.
