§ 11.12.004 EXEMPTIONS.

This chapter shall not apply to: Board-certified medical or dental personnel that tattoo or pierce as part of a medical or dental procedure or to any individuals piercing only the outer perimeter or lobe of the ear using a pre-sterilized single use stud and clasp ear-piercing system.
