Pursuant to the authority granted to it by article XI, Section 7 of the California Constitution, Cal. Health and Safety Code §§ 14930 and 14931, and Cal. Gov't Code §§ 25845 and 54988, the Board of Supervisors does enact this chapter, which shall be known and may be cited as the "San Benito County Noise Control Regulations Ordinance."
