Except as otherwise provided, this chapter shall be administered, implemented, and enforced by the Code Enforcement Officer for San Benito County, pursuant to Chapter 1.03 (Code Enforcement Ordinance) of Title 1 (General Provisions; Code Enforcement) of the San Benito County Code. The Board of Supervisors may appoint one or more enforcing officers, who may be officers or employees of the county or of another public entity acting pursuant to an agreement with the county.
