§ 13.01.027 DANGEROUS DOGS; REVOCATION OF LICENSES.
   All dog licenses issued as provided by this chapter may be revoked whenever a dog is found to be dangerous. A dangerous dog is defined, for the purposes of this chapter, to be a dog with the propensity to bite human beings. It shall be prima facie evidence that a dog is dangerous when it has bitten any person; provided, that such person is not trespassing upon the property of the owner. (HMC § 6.08.090)
