§ 7.07.026 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF CHAPTER.
   The county's Health Officer is hereby authorized to promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary to insure the proper sanitation in all restaurants and food establishments and for the proper and orderly administration of this chapter.
