A schedule of fees for the inspections required by § 7.07.017 to be paid for by the owners, shippers or other interested persons, shall be established by resolution of the Board of Supervisors, from time to time, for the following:
(A) For all lettuce inspected in standard containers or equivalent; and
(B) For standard bulk bins, per standard carton equivalent.
