(A) Any person may obtain an annual motor vehicle entrance pass to the San Justo Reservoir recreation area and to the San Benito County Historical and Recreation Park for an $80 fee.
(B) Senior citizens, a person 62 years of age or more, with proof of identification, may obtain an annual pass as above for a $65 fee.
(C) Handicap persons, a person possessing a distinguishing license plate or placard issued under the California Vehicle Code may obtain an annual pass as above for $65.
(D) Annual passes specified in divisions (A) through (C) of this section shall be issued on a calendar-year basis from the county’s Department of Public Works Office.
