§ 5.01.109 EFFECTIVE DATE.
   This subarticle shall take effect and be in force 30 days after the date of its passage and approval. Prior to the expiration of 15 days from the final passage hereof, the Clerk of San Benito County Board of Supervisors shall cause this subarticle to be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the County of San Benito.
