(A) Those fees established by this subarticle shall be subject to an automatic annual rate increase in proportion to the percentage change in the San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose Consumer Price Index – All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) over the prior calendar year ending December 31, with the fee adjustment occurring on July 1 of the subsequent calendar year.
(B) The adjusted fee shall be rounded to the nearest whole dollar.
