The fee for issuing an MMP identification card is $100 per card. Pursuant to Cal. Health and Safety Code § 11362.755(b), upon satisfactory proof of participation and eligibility in the Medi-Cal program, a Medi-Cal beneficiary shall receive a 50% reduction in the fees established pursuant to this section.
