The planning fees and legal surcharge as established by Table 5.01.060(1) of this subarticle is amended for major subdivision applications for 51 or more lots. For major subdivisions of 51 or more lots, the applicant shall pay the established fee for a 50 lot subdivision as a deposit. After the deposit is expended, based on the established hourly rate for planning and legal services, the applicant shall remit to the Planning Department, the amounts billed by the Planning Department for services based on the hourly rate.
