Based upon the 1992-1993 Planning Department budget, the average hourly rate for the planning staff is hereby established at $36.50 per hour of service. The billing rate may be adjusted from time to time by ordinance. The established hourly rate is applicable to Table 5.01.060(1) where actual cost and/or hourly rate is indicated and to environmental review fees after the deposit or fee is expended.
