§ 5.01.024 DRAINAGE BENEFIT AREAS.
   (A)   The San Felipe Lake drainage benefit area shall be established by the Board of Supervisors by resolution.
   (B)   This will include a text and a map of the area. The benefit area may be adjusted or rescinded by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.
   (C)   An implementation program including a priority list of identified projects and capital improvement plan will be adopted, and revised as needed, by the Board of Supervisors.
