§ 5.01.023 FEES.

(A) The drainage impact fee shall be fixed by the Board of Supervisors, from time to time by resolution. The fees established and fixed by the resolution shall be adjusted on July 1 and January 1 of each year, based upon the change in the United States Average Engineering News Record Construction Cost Index (ENR), calculated as follows:

ENR Index for July or January $650 × FEE

ENR Index for June 1985

(B) The adjusted fee shall be rounded to the nearest $10.
