§ 5.01.020 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of the drainage impact fee herein established is to derive revenue which shall be used for the construction and reconstruction of certain storm drainage facilities spelled out in the San Felipe Lake drainage plan pursuant to Cal. Gov’t Code § 66483.
