(A) General. For those sites for which on-site sewer system is approved by the County, the on-site system shall meet the requirements of “Minimum Guidelines for the Control of Individual Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Systems” by CRWQCB, and “Manual of Septic Tank Practice” by U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare. Where there is a conflict in requirements, the more stringent requirements shall apply. Cesspools and drainage wells are prohibited.
(B) Sewerage quantities. The guidelines outlined herein and in the references cited above shall be used to compute the average daily flow.
