(A) The Commission shall convene quarterly, and as more frequently as may be determined by the Commission or the Chair.
(B) Regular meetings of the Parks and Recreation Commission shall be held at the county seat of the county, in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers located at 481 Fourth Street, Hollister. The location of Commission meetings may be changed by the Commission.
(C) The change of location of the regular meeting of the Commission shall be adopted by ordinance, resolution, bylaw, motion, or other rule required for the conduct of business by the Parks and Recreation Commission at a regular meeting of the body.
