(A) The final or parcel map for the reversion, together with all other data as required by this chapter, shall be submitted to the County Engineer for review.
(B) Upon finding that the petition meets all the requirements of the Subdivision Map Act and this title, the County Engineer shall submit the final or parcel map, together with a report setting forth their recommendations for approval, conditional approval or disapproval of the reversion to acreage to the Board of Supervisors for its consideration.
