This title establishes minimum requirements for the installation and maintenance of electrical conductors, fittings, devices and fixtures, herein referred to as "electrical equipment"; for the installation and maintenance of plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilation and refrigeration systems; for the installation and maintenance of fuel piping and energy using equipment; fire protection or fire prevention piping within the corporate limits of the city, and to provide for the enforcement thereof.
