12.52.350: RECKLESS DRIVING; PROHIBITED:
Any person who drives any vehicle in wilful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving. Any person guilty of violating this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. (Prior code title 46, art. 15 § 222)
