It is unlawful for any person to conduct or maintain, allow or permit any dance, whether within a dance hall licensed by this chapter or any restaurant, tavern, social club, public or private school, between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. of any day. This restriction shall not apply to dancing at annual graduation activities organized or sponsored by public or private schools as defined in section 9.04.010 of this chapter.
