5.64.120: SOLICITATION PERMIT PURPOSE:
This article shall be interpreted and administered so as to give greatest effect to the public policy of the City, which seeks to exercise the police power of the City for the purpose of identifying individuals desiring to solicit business within the corporate limits of the City and for the protection of the residents of the City.
