(A) The corporate limits of the city are described in an updated legal description compiled by Wade Surveying from the original 1987 legal description and field notes, and is recorded by the County Clerk.
(B) The updated legal description and amendments thereof shall be kept on file in the office of the County Clerk, and a copy of such kept in the office of the Clerk.
