It shall be unlawful for any inhabitant, resident or water user of the city to cause or permit the use of municipal domestic water, for which the individual resident or water user is charged by the city for the use of the water, for irrigation and/or sprinkling except on the days set forth herein.
(A) Even-numbered days. All such water users so using this water on premises or property identified on the official map of the city with an address ending in an even number shall be permitted to so use this water on even-numbered calendar days.
(B) Odd-numbered days. All such water users so using this water on premises or property identified on the official map of the city with an address ending in an odd number shall be permitted to so use this water on odd-numbered calendar days.
(C) Thirty-first day of month. It shall be unlawful for any inhabitant, resident or water user to irrigate and/or sprinkle on the thirty-first day of any month.
