§ 31.19 ENGINEER/SURVEYOR.
   (A)   Appointment; term of office. The Mayor may appoint, with the approval of the Council, an engineer/surveyor who shall hold office for the duration of such appointment or until such time as removed by the Mayor with the concurrence of the Council.

   (B)   Qualifications. Any person appointed as Engineer/Surveyor shall be a competent engineer and surveyor and shall be duly licensed as such by the state.
