§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any minor person 17 years or younger, any parent, legal guardian or other person having legal care and custody of such minor person violating the provisions of § 130.10 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
