§ 112.02 JUNK ENCLOSED WITHIN BUILDING OR FENCE.
   All material classified as junk, including motor vehicle and/or motor vehicle bodies shall be maintained either in a building or shall be enclosed by a site obscuring fence not less than six feet high or in accordance with the city’s development code.
