§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any violation of § 111.02 shall be declared a misdemeanor and the offender shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

   (C)   Any violation of §§ 111.35 through 111.42 shall be declared a misdemeanor and the offender shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
