(A) Adoption. There are hereby adopted for the purpose of governing the licensing, sale and use of alcoholic beverages within the city, the laws of the state, being particularly Idaho Code Title 23, as presently in effect or as may hereafter be amended by the legislature. The same is hereby adopted and incorporated as an ordinance of the city as fully as though set forth at length herein.
(B) Copies on file. Three copies of these statutes, together with all amendments thereto, all duly certified by the Clerk, shall be kept on file in the office of the Clerk for use and examination of and by the public.
