§ 92.03 IMPOUNDING OF ANIMALS; FEE.
   If any animal shall be found running at large contrary to the provisions of this subchapter, it is hereby made the duty of the Chief of Police or his or her designee to take up and confine the same at the county’s Humane Society and such animal taken up and confined shall not be released until the owner or person entitled to the possession thereof shall pay to the county’s Humane Society a fee for impounding and boarding the animal. Such fees shall be retained by the county’s Humane Society and shall be established by resolution of the City Council.
