(A) No interment shall be permitted or marker placed or niche engraved in or on any plot or niche not fully paid for, except by special emergency arrangement. Such exceptions shall be by written consent of the Clerk and under the terms specified by the city.
(B) Prior to interment, an authorization for final disposition-transit permit or equivalent document must be received by the office of the Clerk. If circumstances do not allow for documentation to be left at city offices, the permit may be left with the cemetery sexton at the time of interment.
