No interment, disinterment, removal or interment service shall be permitted on Sundays or any holiday observed by the city. When a holiday mentioned in this section falls, or is legally observed, on a Saturday or Monday, funerals will be received on the last business day preceding the holiday up to 12:00 p.m., but no further or final disposition will be made.
