§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Violation. Violation of §§ 90.16 through 90.21 of this chapter shall be declared to constitute a public nuisance and shall be processed in accordance with the applicable sections of §§ 90.35 through 90.42.

   (C)   (1)   Criminal penalty. Anyone guilty of violating any of the provisions of §§ 90.35 through 90.42 shall, upon conviction, be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code. Every day any condition is allowed to exist which is a violation of this chapter shall be a distinct and separate offense.

      (2)   Civil penalty. The City Council and/or Mayor may instruct the Attorney, or his or her agent, to institute a civil action in the district court to enforce compliance with this chapter.

   (D)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 90.57 through 90.67 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
