§ 90.62 REQUEST FOR HEARING.
   The persons to whom the notices are directed, or their duly authorized agents, may file a written request for hearing before the Mayor and City Council within the 30-day period of compliance prescribed in § 90.57(B) of this code for the purpose of defending the charges by the city.
