§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or who shall counsel, aid or abet any such violation or failure to comply, shall be deemed guilty of an infraction and shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

   (B)   The registered owner of a vehicle parked in violation of the provisions in § 71.12(B) is guilty of an infraction, and punishable as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
