The Chief of Police or designee shall determine upon what streets angle parking shall be permitted and the Public Works Department shall mark or sign such streets. On those streets which have been signed or marked for angle parking, no person shall park or stand a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway indicated by such markings.
