A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the Clerk, and designated as Idaho Motor Vehicle Laws, Rules of the Road, Chapters 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 13 and 14, Idaho Code Title 49, published by authority of the Department of Law Enforcement, Boise, Idaho, is hereby adopted as the Motor Vehicle Code of the city for the regulation of motor vehicles within the city.
