§ 53.045 MATERIALS AND INSTALLATION.
   (A)   Main lines. All sanitary sewer main lines and storm drain main line materials, manholes, inlet boxes, trench drains and the like, and their installation shall be in accordance with the city standard specifications of the construction of sanitary sewer and storm sewers and the applicable standard drawings depicting various sewer service line installation details.
   (B)   Service lines. All sewer service line materials and their installation shall be in accordance with the city standard specifications for the construction of sanitary sewers and storm sewers and the applicable standard drawings depicting the various sewer service line installation details.
   (C)   Quality. All sewer system materials shall be of the class, strength, thickness and the like necessary to accommodate or provide for the depth of cover over the pipe, the type of material and bedding around the pipe and the type, magnitude and extent of the external loads being applied to the pipe.
   (D)   City approval. All materials must be approved by the Public Works Superintendent.
