§ 72.04 PARKING RESTRICTED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful at any time during the period of any declared snow emergency under provisions of this chapter for the operator of a vehicle to allow, permit or suffer said vehicle to remain parked on any road in the town.
   (B)   If the operator is not known, it shall be prima facie evidence that the registered owner is the operator as in accordance with Conn. Gen. Stat. § 14-107.
