(A) Commercial haulers are subject to civil penalties of $1,000 for a first violation and $5,000 for each subsequent violation for knowingly mixing recyclables with solid waste.
(B) Commercial establishments are subject to a penalty of $500 for each such violation.
(C) Any other person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a written warning for the first offense and a fine in an amount not to exceed $50 for each subsequent violation.
