§ 51.09 FINES; DISPUTES; APPEAL.
   The Selectmen shall have full discretionary authority to assess fines pursuant to this chapter and to decide all disputes over the applicability of this chapter. Any appeal of a decision by the landfill attendant shall be filed in writing with the office of the First Selectman no later than ten days after the date of the dispute.
