(A) The Board of Selectmen may establish fee schedules and regulations governing packaging, separation and disposal of the various categories of refuse accepted in the disposal areas maintained by the town.
(B) The Board of Selectmen may make additional regulations consistent with this chapter and all applicable laws to promote the orderly collection of refuse and recyclables and disposal thereof in the disposal areas maintained by the town and for the enforcement of this chapter.
(C) Each fee schedule and regulation shall become effective upon approval by the Board of Selectmen and the filing of copies with the Town Clerk and at the landfill.
