§ 31.01 PUBLICATION OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE.
   The procedures specified in Conn. Gen. Stat. § 7-157(b) authorizing publication of a summary rather than the full text of proposed municipal ordinances is hereby approved and adopted for future proposed ordinances of the town.
