Applications for benefits under this program shall:
(A) Be made on forms provided by the Assessor of the town and shall be accompanied by a copy of the applicant’s most recent federal tax returns or other documentation of all income for the preceding calendar year; and
(B) Be filed each year with the Assessor of the town at any time between February 1 and May 15 to obtain a tax credit for the next fiscal year. Applicants will be required to file each and every year with the Town Assessor.
